Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May-August or June- September 2026.

Your Future Team
The Creative Studio is Atlassian’s multifaceted internal creative agency embedded within the marketing organization. Collectively, the team defines, articulates, and scales how millions of users experience and connect with the Atlassian brand from a multitude of dimensions. You will be among designers, illustrators, writers, and animators who combine strategy with research, creativity, and craft to build and shape how our products are viewed by the world

The Creative Operations team drives efficiency, clarity, and collaboration across Atlassian’s global Creative Studio, ensuring processes, tools, and resources empower our teams to deliver exceptional brand and marketing experiences.

  • Explore and experiment with the latest AI tools to uncover ways they can supercharge our creative workflows.

  • Help design and test automations that make our day-to-day work smoother, faster, and more fun.

  • Spot opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and level up how our team collaborates.

  • Partner with Creative Ops leads to analyze existing tool usage and surface actionable insights for optimization.

  • Assist with project management tasks to track progress, report impact, and ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Curious about how creativity, technology, and operations intersect to make great work happen.

  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a love for solving problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with creative or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Figma)

  • Basic understanding of creative workflows — from production to campaign delivery — a plus

  • Passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter, simpler ways to work.

  • You dream about connecting the dots and setting the team up for success through tactical coordination

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $35/hr - $40/hr

Zone B: $32/hr - $36/hr

Zone C: $29/hr - $33/hr

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
