As a Senior Product Manager for AI Quality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Atlassian’s vision for delivering quality AI products. Your focus will be on delivering superior quality experiences that underpin Atlassian’s AI-driven products and solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Vision and Execution:
Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for AI quality for your feature areas, clearly articulating the desired outcomes and the path to achieve them.
Lead initiatives to improve the quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of AI models and experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user expectations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements in AI quality.
Advocate for relevance and quality standards, influencing stakeholders and championing initiatives that elevate user experience.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Develop deep customer insights to pinpoint gaps in quality, proactively addressing issues to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Regularly interact with users and internal stakeholders to validate quality enhancements and prioritize feature improvements.
Communication and Storytelling:
Create compelling narratives and communicate progress effectively to customers, stakeholders, and the broader community, highlighting Atlassian’s advancements in search relevance and quality.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $164,700 - $215,025
Zone B: $148,500 - $193,875
Zone C: $136,800 - $178,600
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
