Overview
Atlassian is looking for a Manager to lead our Solutions Engineering (SE) team for the Mid-Market segment in the Americas Central region. This role is all about building and scaling a high-performing team that partners with sales to deliver technical expertise, drive customer trust, and close strategic opportunities across the Atlassian product suite.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance technical depth, sales strategy, and people management.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers supporting Mid-Market accounts.
Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and shape customer solutions.
Build repeatable processes, tools, and best practices to support a high-volume business.
Strengthen the team’s expertise in Atlassian software during the pre-sales process, helping customers see the value of our tools and how they can transform the way they work.
Jump in on key customer engagements to build trust and showcase Atlassian solutions.
Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to align strategies and customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical sales role.
Strong track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to scale processes and drive operational rigor in a fast-growing business.
Excellent executive presence and customer engagement skills.
Deep knowledge of SaaS and Cloud value creation.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $204,300 - $266,725
Zone B: $183,600 - $239,700
Zone C: $169,200 - $220,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
