Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer on the Admin Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and design vision for Atlassian’s central administrative platform. The Admin hub acts as the mission-control center for administrators, enabling them to seamlessly manage users, settings, and organizational policies across Atlassian products. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to identify challenges, design intuitive solutions, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric solutions that align with enterprise goals and address complex administrative needs.
Lead projects from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality, polished user experiences.
Leverage data and user insights to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
Develop prototypes and design patterns that promote scalable, consistent interfaces.
Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate design solutions.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing enterprise software or services.
Expertise in working with complex design systems across multiple products.
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with a flexible and adaptive approach to teamwork.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in 0-1 environments using established design methodologies.
Experience incorporating motion design to enhance user experiences.
Proficiency in UX/UI design, customer journey mapping, and delivering highly crafted visual designs.
Ability to define project scope, test assumptions, and integrate feedback effectively.
Advanced skills in Figma and other prototyping tools.
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $161,100 - $210,325
Zone B: $145,800 - $190,350
Zone C: $134,100 - $175,075
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
