That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key member on the Migrations product marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and execute E2E strategies that tell a compelling story of moving from our on-premise offerings to the cloud. You have been responsible for creating, driving, and executing against go-to-market plans across a variety of owned channels. You're a passionate, self-starter with a no-bullshit, can-do attitude. • Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple complex programs concurrently.

  • Apply your customer-centric focus to all content and programs

  • Manage and navigate conversations and programs with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Build strong relationships with your Product counterparts and engage in sparring and strategic roadmap discussions

  • Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals

Qualifications:

3-5 years of PMM experience, ideally with a cloud infrastruture, DevOps, and/or Service Management background
