  • Ensure the website meets standards for web performance, accessibility, scalability, and reliability, including Core Web Vitals.

  • Expertly leverage experimentation and data analysis to confirm hypothesis, drive decisions and optimize the user experience.

  • Deepen our understanding of visitor behavior and intent through customer research, data analysis and experimentation, and use insights to inform product direction.

  • Advocate for high-quality, accessible, and performant experiences that scale across products and audiences.

  • Mentor and guide peers across product and UX, helping elevate practices and maturity across teams.

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, inspiring teams with a clear vision and fostering a culture of rapid iteration and learning.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or e-commerce, with focus on growth, UX, or web platform.

  • Proven track record owning strategy and execution for high-traffic, customer-facing websites.

  • Strong background in experimentation and growth frameworks, with hands-on experience running A/B tests and applying learnings.

  • Demonstrated expertise in UX best practices, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Proficient in prototyping tools and methodologies to create interactive models for user testing.

  • Experience in conducting comprehensive user journey mapping to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.

  • Skilled in synthesizing research to inform product design, ensuring user insights drive improvements.

  • Familiarity with design thinking and ability to lead workshops for innovative solutions.

  • Experience collaborating on content strategy and production, with an understanding of how information architecture and messaging impact the customer experience.

  • Deep empathy for users, with a strong sense of design and ability to partner closely with UX teams.

  • Comfort with web technologies and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Skilled in storytelling and stakeholder management, able to influence across teams and levels.

  • Creative problem-solver who balances strategic vision with execution details.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments where experimentation and iteration are central to success.

  • Awareness of performance and accessibility standards for enterprise-scale websites.
