Your Future Team

The Atlassian Advisory Services team is a globally distributed group of experts passionate about creating customer success. As an Advisory Services Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in empowering our Advisory Services team members through world-class learning programs, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure our Advisory Services team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Learning Program Design & Delivery

    • Design, develop, and organize engaging learning experiences for Advisory Services team members, including onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing professional development.

    • Create and maintain a comprehensive library of enablement resources (e.g., e-learning modules, workshops, playbooks, job aids, knowledge base articles) based on Advisory Services assets and best practices.

    • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and workshops to foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

  • Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with Advisory Services leadership, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, skills gaps, and enablement priorities.

    • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to inform program design and continuous improvement.

    • Collaborate with Advisory Services SMEs on the delivery of the learning experiences.

  • Content Management & Governance

    • Ensure all enablement content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with Atlassian’s Advisory Services standards and best practices.

    • Implement knowledge management and content lifecycle processes for efficient storage, discoverability, and version control (e.g., using Confluence).

  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for enablement effectiveness and learning adoption.

    • Gather and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to drive ongoing improvements.

  • Industry & Internal Best Practice Monitoring

    • Stay current on Atlassian product updates, Advisory Services methodologies, and industry trends in learning and enablement.

    • Share insights and best practices to continuously elevate the team’s capabilities.

Your Background

  • Experience: 7+ years in learning & development, enablement, instructional design, or a related field, preferably within SaaS, technology consulting, or professional services organizations.

  • Enablement Expertise: Proven track record designing and delivering learning programs for technical and non-technical audiences, including onboarding and ongoing development.

  • Content Creation: Strong portfolio of learning assets (e.g., e-learning, documentation, workshops, video scripts, job aids).

  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to partner with SMEs, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning solutions.

  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple enablement projects concurrently, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.

  • Tools: Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence (or similar knowledge management platforms); experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content creation tools.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.

  • Continuous Improvement: Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning effectiveness and iterating on programs.

It’s Nice If You Have

  • Experience enabling professional services or consulting teams.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and Advisory Services methodologies.

  • Certifications in instructional design, adult learning, or project management (e.g., CPLP, PMP, Agile).

  • Experience with video editing or multimedia content creation.

  • Experience with AI and generating content based on knowledge management libraries

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:


Zone A: $156,600 - $204,450

Zone B: $141,300 - $184,475

Zone C: $130,500 - $170,375


This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
