Responsibilities

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Content Production team and assist in managing website content for atlassian.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead scrum rituals (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups) and track operational effectiveness.

  • Triage incoming tickets and organize, scope, and unblock work.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requests and ensure alignment with business needs and web best practices.

  • Educate stakeholders on team processes and turnaround times.

  • Create and maintain stakeholder-facing Content Production roadmap.

  • Document answers to team and stakeholder FAQs and codify best practices.

  • Build an internal atlassian.com knowledge base to ensure guidance is current, clear, and comprehensive.

  • Participate in and drive improvements to half and quarterly planning processes.

  • Represent Content Production in project planning, kickoff, and status meetings.

We are looking for a collaborative and diligent professional with:

  • 4-5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, engineering).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience with documentation and knowledge management.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with web analytics, SEO, and content marketing principles.

  • Experience with web content migration projects.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:


Zone A: $137,300 - $183,100

Zone B: $123,600 - $164,800

Zone C: $114,000 - $152,000


This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
