Job Description

The Senior Engineering Manager for Integration Experience would lead a team responsible for integrating Loom with existing Atlassian products while maintaining the team's systems and processes. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating with product managers and cross-functional partners across Loom and Atlassian, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective integration solutions.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:


Zone A: $205,700 - $274,300

Zone B: $185,200 - $246,900

Zone C: $170,800 - $227,700


This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
