Overview

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Your future team

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and creative Integrated Campaign Director to lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across Atlassian’s entire portfolio of solutions and product collections. This role blends brand storytelling with data-driven performance marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple customer segments and industries.

You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, brand, growth, content, paid media, and analytics teams to orchestrate global, integrated campaigns that are insight-driven, measurable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive both brand equity and pipeline across Atlassian’s portfolio (e.g., Agile & DevOps, ITSM, Work Management).

  • Define campaign goals, audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, media mix, and success metrics in partnership with product marketing and analytics.

  • Drive alignment across global stakeholders, including regional marketing teams, brand, growth, content, creative, and comms, ensuring consistency and impact across channels.

  • Manage campaign development end-to-end: creative briefings, content production, media planning, activation, optimization, and reporting.

  • Balance long-term brand-building initiatives with short-term performance goals, applying a test-and-learn approach to drive continuous improvement.

  • Build, lead, and inspire a team of high-performing marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with customer lifecycle, ABM, and demand generation teams to connect campaign efforts with nurture and pipeline acceleration programs.

  • Apply advanced knowledge of incrementality measurement and attribution modeling to isolate true campaign impact and optimize for scalable results.

  • Track and report on campaign performance, synthesize learnings, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

Your background

  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign leadership roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech environments.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams with a focus on growth and strategic impact.

  • Commitment to cultivate team culture, fostering a trusted working environment.

  • Deep expertise in both brand and performance marketing strategy, with hands-on experience in digital media and content marketing.

  • Advanced understanding of marketing analytics, including techniques for measuring incrementality and optimizing based on actionable insights.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

  • Creative problem solver with a test-and-learn mindset and bias for execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to technical and non-technical audiences across multiple industries.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and the company’s mission and culture.

  • Global marketing experience.
