We are looking for a highly motivated, accomplished digital events marketing leader to join Atlassian's global events team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to own a global, high-impact digital events program. This highly cross-functional role will collaborate daily with our global campaigns, regional field marketers (EMEA, AMER and APAC), digital, lifecycle, sales, operations, analytics, finance, and product marketing teams to drive engagement and pipeline through innovative digital experiences.
As the Digital Events Program lead, you will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to drive demand and generate pipeline through engaging, innovative webinars, demos and digital events. This role will be accountable for owning and implementing digital event strategy across channels, optimizing the attendee experience & event performance, and continually seeking new opportunities to improve and scale the program.
What You Will Do:
Own global roadmap, strategy and deployment for live and on-demand webinars, demos and virtual events
Analyze program performance, generating reports for stakeholders and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with product marketing and sales teams to create a webinar calendar and optimize topics to engage target audiences and meet pipeline goals
Help moderate live events to ensure smooth execution and maximize participant engagement.
Optimize promotion and follow-up strategy across our marketing channels; paid, organic, email, sales outreach and social
Reimagine and continually optimize the digital event experience to enhance audience engagement and conversion.
Manage the post-webinar event experience, ensuring follow-up activities drive continued engagement.
Scale the webinar channel through on-demand; including the ownership and maintenance of the global webinar hub
Establish regular feedback loop with field marketing, partner marketing, global campaigns, digital, analytics and various cross-functional stakeholders to help inform global event strategy
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across teams and regions.
What You Will Bring:
7+ years in digital events, webinar marketing, strategy, and operations roles, preferably within the technology sector.
Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and tools, as well as CRM and marketing automation platforms, including ON24, Zoom Webinar, BigMarker, Magnolia and Salesforce.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across different regions and functions.
Ability to build comprehensive end-to-end reports for stakeholders and executive leadership across departments.
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the overall picture and challenge traditional approaches.
Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of a “test & learn” mindset.
Excellent team player who values diverse perspectives and can earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence.

Experience using Confluence, Jira, and Apple Keynote program

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $110,100 - $146,800
Zone B: $99,100 - $132,100
Zone C: $91,400 - $121,800
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
