Responsibilities

  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas in a clear and engaging manner

  • Develop strategy and editorial calendar to align customer content production with key areas of focus, including audit of existing content 

  • Craft point of view on the stories that need to be told while understanding and negotiating cross-functional stakeholder needs for customer proof 

  • Determine storytelling medium across written stories, videos, and testimonials including the development of a content menu & externally facing one pager  

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Strategic Advocate Marketing, and Reference Program managers to curate and develop compelling customer stories and testimonials to support content, sales, and product initiatives, aligning with Atlassian’s strategic messaging 

  • Manage end to end production cycle including interview coordination, question design to ensure maximum impact, conducting of interviews, editing, and customer asset approval 

  • Contribute towards the development of Team session content and speaker preparation in alignment with Atlassian core messaging and areas of focus 

  • Manage writers and video production partners including budget, capacity, quality, and editorial oversight 

  • Partner with Customer Content Manager on distribution/amplification strategy, execution, and measurement to ensure customer voice and stories are woven into all campaigns, content pieces, and external channels 

  • Develop ongoing feedback loop mechanisms and quarterly reporting metrics to evaluate content performance
