Our Talent Acquisition Enablement Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in program management, operations, technology. We drive transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences.

We're hiring an experienced people manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact to join our TA Enablement leadership team. The ideal person for this role is someone who is passionate about process and operational excellence, recruiting, and data. This position reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Enablement. For this remote role, we’re looking for someone in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure sufficient collaboration time with current team members in the United States, Australia, Europe, Philippines, and India.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Lead a team of Program Managers and Candidate Experience (Scheduling) team members driving core TA programs to ensure recruiting success

  • Lead programs with experts across the business in HR, finance, operations, technology and people data to implement integrated strategies

  • Partner with regional and international counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes

  • Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement operations

  • Analyze and report on program and candidate experience outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches and benchmarking to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Enable your team to drive enablement programs, specifically around process excellence

  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to deliver on the TA Enablement team's roadmap and programs of work

  • Partner with our DEI team on programs aimed at improving our inclusiveness through the recruiting process and attracting underrepresented talent

  • Provide strategic direction, talent acquisition expertise, and guidance to the business on new trends, benchmarks, and policies

Qualifications

Your background

  • 7+ years as a Talent Acquisition leader, with direct responsibilities across TA Enablement or Operations, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees

  • 7+ years in recruiting operations, candidate experience (scheduling) or headcount planning expertise with experience driving organizational change

  • People leadership experience with a focus on craft expertise and team development

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, and present complex information clearly to various stakeholders

  • Innovative and creative thinking, with strong influencing and execution skills

  • Experience creating or re-designing TA strategy and hands-on executional skills

  • Experience in project management or program management, with a proven track record of using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) to manage complex projects

  • Experience in the global technology Industry is preferred

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $174,200 - $232,200

Zone B: $156,700 - $209,000

Zone C: $144,500 - $192,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
