What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Email Campaign Manager, reporting to the Sr. Email Campaigns & Solutions Lead. You are a process & execution guru with a background in campaign management & operations including working across several teams and partnering with an email production team. You’ll support the Performance Messaging team with day-to-day email operations functions, serve as a main liaison to our marketing stakeholders, and support large-scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders requesting campaigns and the email operations team

  • Assist in capacity planning and coordination with agency partner

  • Own the day-to-day execution of pre-production activities

  • Identify & drive improvements to the email operations end-to-end production process

  • Participate in projects aimed to improve our process and strategic approach

  • Partner with other teams on joint campaigns or process projects

Qualifications

  • Experience with email marketing operations

  • 3+ years of individual large-scale project management skills

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners

  • Experience juggling multiple relationships and priorities

  • Interpret email performance metrics

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $89,100 - $118,800

Zone B: $80,200 - $106,900

Zone C: $74,000 - $98,600

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
